About
Hello there, I’m Téa.
I am astounded at the wild beauty of the world for guiding me in the direction of healing, listening and bearing witness to the journey of others.
I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Colorado currently offering virtual (telehealth) sessions for clients living anywhere in Colorado. I graduated from the University of Denver in 2022 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work after completing my clinical internship hours at a detox unit and then at a Buddhist based counseling center. Post graduation, I am completing my clinical licensure hours working as a clinician at a crisis center.

Experience
I currently find myself existing between crisis work, and the beginnings of starting my private practice. My experience in the crisis setting has provided me with countless opportunities to learn to sit with people’s suffering, often in deeply painful situations, and to hold a safe space for whatever it is that comes up. This initiation to the raw, urgent and transformative act of human suffering is the portal I am stepping through in becoming a therapist. This gift of space holding likewise turns out to be a deep joy to me, for it is in sitting with others that I also find great purpose. I am here because the deep and most truthful part of me knows that this is where I am meant to be; journeying along this wild path just like you.

“Between the stimulus and response, there is a space. And in that space lies our freedom and power to choose our responses. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
It is my deepest honor to exist in this space with you; this is why I am here and this is why you are here.

Rates & Offerings
I encourage a complimentary phone call consultation before we book a session together. Therapy is truly only functional when both therapist and client feel a connection and build on that connection through therapeutic alliance. You are here to see if you feel a connection with me, and I will also ensure that we are a good fit.

I am currently taking on new clients for individual therapy sessions. My rate for individual therapy is $90 per therapeutic hour (50 min). All sessions are held virtually via telehealth.

By listening to that deep inner voice, our intuition can help us know when something bigger is in alignment. Please reach out if you are here because it feels right.
